How to building an object based on shadow in Blender?

Building an object based on shadow, we are making a physical beach game.

One part of the game is like a projector where the person has to arrange the puzzle pieces of the desired design to create a shadow and show the location of the game key.

Whenever the key position changes, the shadow also changesI now have the position of the shadow and the ground, is it possible to build an object based on this shadow?

Once the object is built, I will divide it into puzzle piecesSince Blender can determine the shadow of the object, then it can recognize it based on the shadow of the object, right?

Now I put an object in front of the light to explain it betterI put the object and changed it with Lattice to make it look like a shadow

It's about 200 steps and the shape, appearance and coordinates have to be different and so it's very difficult to create 200 objects manually.

Is there a way to give Blender (light and surface and shadow shape and shadow coordinates) and it will draw the desired shape for us with a script or a simpler solution?

Like the shadow of a tree that is createdThe starting point of the tree and the shadow are the same.
