Boob physics does not work when rigged

Warning: this post is basically NSFW. I'm new to Blender.

I'm trying to simulate jiggle physics on a rigged character, but the clothing simulation isn't properly interacting with the rig.

I have created a NSFW model and I have selected the boob and separated to give it clothing effects. I have put the face of the separated boob model in the pin group in the clothing properties. I then created a simple armature with one bone in the torso and two extruding out (boob bones). When I move the rig, nothing happens whatsoever. The seperated boob model totally ignores that it's part of a rig. How can I fix this?

I tried the method that Anime Nyan posted which turned out to do the exact same nonsense just more of a waste of time. I also got this to work on another model when I didn't remake the armature.

Please can anybody give any sources that aren't the classic ones? I need a real up-to-date tutorial on how to get this to work and exactly how it works every single step.
